Release Notes
General
- This release contains:
- Updated Microsoft VC Redistributable runtime libraries
- .NET Framework 4.8 (24.2.0.001 & up)
- As a result, the first time Clippership (cswin.exe or cswin64.exe) is run on each shipping station after the 25.1.1.000 is installed, it must be “Run as Admin“ or elevated with the following prompt.
FedEx Express
- FedEx Express DG 1421 forms no longer contain Title of Signatory, and Place fields per IATA regulations. [CSPA-767]
UPS
- This release supports the UPS rate and service changes for 2025 (effective December 23, 2024). Remember, before anyone uses Clippership on December 23, all users must be logged out of Clippership . [CSPA-808]
- The UPS Additional Handling was changed by UPS effective October 21, 2024. [CSPA-738 ](24.3.1.001)
- An updated UPS Zone file for domestic shipments has corrected an issue with packages going to Puerto Rico to produce the correct zone and allow residential shipments for 2nd Day Air. [CSPA-738 ](24.3.1.001)
- UPS no longer updates the Commitment file in the WorldWide Validation file, this file will no longer be checked for destination support.[CSPA-803 ](24.3.1.001)
US Postal Service
- The U.S. Postal Service Temporary price change and zone updates for October 2024 (effective October 6, 2024) are supported in this release. Remember, before anyone uses e2open Clippership on October 6, 2024, all users must be logged out of e2open Clippership. On January 19, 2025, the rates that were in effect prior to October 6, 2024.
