This hotfix should only be applied to Clippership version 22.4.2.000. You can check your version in Help > About Details.
This hotfix allows for UPS account numbers that contain characters that were previously invalid.
To apply the hotfix, extract the tsystem1.exe file into your Clippership folder, overwriting the existing file. Restart Clippership.
