Follow these steps to request a UPS API access key (aka UPS Developer Kit APIs)

  * Log in to https://ups.com 
    * //**Suggestion:**// Create a new username and password for your API shipping implementation. These credentials will need to be shared with LSE.

  * Go to https://www.ups.com/upsdeveloperkit?loc=en_US

  * Click on __Request an access key__, under "How to Get Started", Step 4.

  * Fill out the form
    * This step requires a valid UPS account. To add an account, you'll need a recent invoice for authentication. 
    * //**Suggestion:**// In the Secondary Contact Information, put in LSE contact info.

    * Click **Request Access Key**.

    * Take note of the access key. 
      * It should also be emailed to the primary and secondary contacts.
